George A. Sousa founded The V.I.A. Training Group, LLC in 1999. As a trainer and coach he has designed and delivered innovative solution based training to various individuals and industries.

Mr. Sousa works with organizations and individuals to solve growth challenges – whether those challenges involve high performance teams or are organizational in nature. He successfully designs and conducts workshops and seminars tailored to meet the needs of corporations, government agencies, and individuals, as well as non-profit organizations.
